Beginning again
My name is Pat. I'm a 53 yr old single mom of one adult daughter. After nursing my parents through illness & their passing, cleaning out their home of 60 yrs, I lost myself in the process. I ate lots of fast food & little or no exercise. When it seemed to be calming down, my daughter got engaged; the wedding was June 2011. Now I'm beginning to care for my health for the long term.
This is my 2nd serious attempt at SP. I lost 26 pounds in '07- '08. Now I have to lose all that again ...

My main support is God through this whole process with a healthy dose of spark member friends that I'm making along the way. I'm praising the Lord for this process and all His provisions and that includes you too. Thanks for stopping by.
