Live with Intention...GETTING IT DONE!
Hi! My name is Hollynn and I joined the Spark July 27, 2009 as part of my new "focus on positive things I can do" goal with hopes of finding support for weight loss. I have been heavy, thin and everything in between and would like to be HEALTHY. Thanks in advance for support! Hi! My name is Hollynn and I joined the Spark July 27, 2009 as part of my new "focus on positive things I can do" goal with hopes of finding support for weight loss. I have been heavy, thin and everything in between and would like to be HEALTHY. Thanks in advance for support! My first year on the Spark was amazing and I accomplished more than I would believe possible. In one year, I crossed over into Onederland, losing 95 lbs in total and completed a challenge to myself of exercising everday day for a year. Shortly after completing my first triathlon, I found myself burned out and took a break from exercising. When I restarted, I was bursting with energy and wound up with a long and relatively debilitating case of Plantar fascists. Now it is October 2012, and for the second time in my life I had a "photo wake up call" It is time for me to dig my head out of the sand and become accountable to myself for who I want to live. I firmly believe we create our own destiny, and we are responsible for our own behavior. I choose to live a life full of intention and joy. October 9, 2012 - 234 lbs Update May 2, 2013 -186lbs - 100lbs FINALLY!!! We are who we choose to be. Live actively! Achievements: 1. 1 year Sparkversary! - 95 lbs DONE! 2.
