2013- Finding my way home again!
I haven't been around much in the last year. I stopped taking care of myself. I am finding my way back and starting to take care of myself again.
I've missed all my Sparkly friends and really appreciate the continued support you all give me.

My Program:
I have been cutting back on my caloric and fat intake....The main thing I have done is to give up drinking pop...This has made a huge difference...I am learning how to exercise even though I have very limited mobility.
