BACK TO THE BASICS!!!
I know how to do this. I've done it before. So I just have to buckle down and do it. There is no quick fix, no magic pill, no fad diet that works for me. I have to get down to the basics. Get my meal plans in order and sit down and right out my workout plan. That is all I did before and it worked. So I am a little upset with myself for wasting all this time when I already know what works for me. But I can't sit around and cry over it. It is time to get up and brush myself off and get down to ...

My goal is to be 30lbs down by the end of August 2013 I plan to do this by: 1. Working out 6 days a week 2. Staying in my calorie range and tracking daily 3. Running 2 to 3 times a week 4. More vigorous weight training. 5. Drinking a gallon of water daily

BACK TO WHAT I KNOW WORKS FOR ME! • TURBO JAM 5 days a week. • Monday, Wednesday all Cardio at the gym. • Tuesday and Thursday weight train at the gym • Saturday workout with hubby • Rest on Sundays and weigh in on Mondays CALORIES 1300-1500 CALORIES OUT 500-800 AT THE MOST PROTEIN 70-80 GRAMS PER DAY. CARBS 170-220 PER DAY] FATS 30-40 NO SODA & BREAD 10 glasses of water per day
