"Before" - 235 lbs May 2012

For real this time!
I've been fat all my life, to varying degrees - but I've reached a size I'm physically uncomfortable with. It reminds me of how I used to be a smoker, and always knew I should quit, and tried a few times, but one day something just *clicked*, and I looked at the cigarette in my hand and knew it was the last one I'd ever have. It was. That's how this feels to me - I've always wished I were slimmer and healthier, but now I know I'm going to get there.

My Goals:
#1 - Strong CORE! #2 - Super cardio, start running! #3 - Maintain or improve my bloodwork "numbers" #4 - Reach my ideal weight I want to FEEL fit and strong, and achieve a healthy weight while staying curvy.
My Program:
-- Eat a healthy whole food diet, avoiding processed foods and added sugars -- Keep within the SPARK recommended calorie and nutrient ranges. -- Work out at least ten minutes every day (but aim for 30!)
Personal Information:
I'm a married, nerdy fortysomething, and have two awesome beautiful cats instead of children. I live in central NC and work in accounting when I'm not glued to the tv watching addictive shows like Mad Men, Game of Thrones, and Doctor Who.
