Making It Work!!
At 60 years old I did a half-marathon and completed the race in 2 hours, 57 seconds. I am working on a program right now that will lead me into my second half marathon in Nov. I am planning on doing my own personal 1/2 marathon in my town. If I can make my dreams come true....so CAN YOU!! It's never too late !!! Let's do it together!!
STARTING OVER

Remember TOMMOROW is just for you! – start over!
To start again means a victory’s been won
And starting over again means a race well won
And starting over again proves it can be done
So don’t just sit there – start over!
