I decided last week that I need to get back on the strengh training wagon because I truly feel my best when I am doing those types of workouts so I set up a 21 day mini challenge. It's called Forever 21 for 2 reasons - 21 days, and each daily workout must be at least 21 minutes.
I really like 7 different workout groups on YouTube (Fitness Blender, XHit, Pop Sugar, Be Fit, Blogilates, and I can't think of the last 2 at the moment). I put in an envelope 21 days of workouts (3 each from each of the 7 categories) and then each day I pick one and do a workout. I like the flexibility because I can pick any workout on YouTube within the grouping so I am not overtraining any one body part, etc.
The challenge runs from 10/24 - 11/13 and I am 5/5 so far. I am really loving it!
I had my husband doing a Fitness Blender Tabata style upper body workout on Sunday with me. He is suffering BADLY from DOMS hahaha... I love it!
