Not good news....

....apparently I have gained 4 pounds.

How I dont know because I have been unwell all week and have hardly eaten- I have been picking at food and one evening only had a chicken breast and a packet of crisps and that was no lunch and just porridge for breakfast - so you get the gist. I can only assume the body has gone into complete shut down starvation mode.

So today - a proper breakfast and lunch and dinner WILL be eaten if only it is small portions.

    Drink lots of water, eat properly and that 4 pounds will disappear just as quickly as it appeared!

    Do NOT worry, you are NOT in starvation mode.
You have been unwell, hopefully drinking plenty of fluids, and all it is is water retention, crisps are very high in sodium also.

Just listen to your body, if you do not feel like eating, drik your calories, soups, shakes etc.
Do not force yourself to eat.
I is just a blip, do not worry and get well soon.

    Tis ok fwendy a little bump in the road to a healthy body and lifestyle.

To my mind it is one of 2 things, as you mention your body thinking you are depriving it of food and slowing your metabolism down or, and this in my opinion is the the most likely, you haven't taken your tablets and you are retaining water again.

As you say we will both record properly this week, I look forwards to our joint recorded loss next week emoticon
