Today was a slower day for me. I still got in 70 minutes of cardio, but blew off strength training. Energy level has been low the last couple of days so I backed off and will go full stream ahead tomorrow
Nutrition was a challenge this weekend. My husband is always wanting to go out for ice cream. I had basic vanilla with some nuts, got the smallest. I had tracked what I ate today and was still able to fit the ice cream in and not go over my calories.
Tomorrow is another day and another day to make good choices.
