Lazy Day

Today was a slower day for me. I still got in 70 minutes of cardio, but blew off strength training. Energy level has been low the last couple of days so I backed off and will go full stream ahead tomorrow

Nutrition was a challenge this weekend. My husband is always wanting to go out for ice cream. I had basic vanilla with some nuts, got the smallest. I had tracked what I ate today and was still able to fit the ice cream in and not go over my calories.

Tomorrow is another day and another day to make good choices.

    Sounds like you made some great choices today! Exercising and choosing a sensible option when out for ice cream! Good for you!

    You are so right..."Tomorrow is another day and another day to make good choices." Sounds like you are doing a great job already though!!! Keep it up. If your energy level is really low, is it possible you are eating too many carbs? Or do you have other health issues you need to be concerned about?
