My food choices have been awesome - I am exercising daily again - I am feeling "skinny" when I wake up in the morning. Thursday is my offical weigh in day and I cannot go to weight watcher to ring the little bell (when you lose you ring a bell) Im a very happy girl right now and I have downloaded this APP called Couch to 5k - it was the best $3 I ever spent! I would HIGHLY recommened it to anyone wanting to get into running.
This Sunday is my Personal Training Exam which I am really looking forward to. I am also starting my Nutrition & Wellness Course this Friday evening. I want to get as much studying done before Friday because I want to go to the SPA with my Mom & my two cousins who are coming up. But I honestly will not want to go if I dont feel 100% comfortable with passing the Exam.
