Finally finished week 5...after about 6 weeks. So, here's how it went:
Day 1 - pretty awesome
moved, etc, took about a month off from jogging
Day 2 - totally awesome
Day 3 - had to stop after 10 minutes and walked for 3 minutes, then jogged the rest
skipped about 1 1/2 weeks
Day 1 again - went faster, was really really hard
Day 3 - made it! had to stop four times for about 10 seconds to stretch my calves - I'm having serious issues with this.
But - I am super proud that I jogged an entire mile, which I have never done before in my life. And I am done with week 5 and moving on!
