Without the challenge going on, i've moved my weigh in day back to friday - which i prefer! And yeah - things are on the right track!!
Had lunch out yesterday with a girlfriend and i picked well - half a panini (veggie) and the house salad - yeah! Also rode my bike over and back, got hubby to take a jaunt after dinner and did not partake of desert! Trader Joe's 100 calorie chocolate bars - super creamy and delicious! Think i'll be needing a bigger suitcase when i travel now!
Not sure what the weekend holds, think hubby and i will be spending a little time focusing on each other and the time we can spend together, not in groups or with other people. I think that's important!
There are a few things i want get to do - sew some jammies for me and the hubby out of old sheets - yup - we'll be that couple - hoping to get to that this afternoon, blog a bit about an interesting topic that has been on my mind, get in a hike - but might have to stay local - the temps in the mountains wont get over 60/65, get to the botanical gardens - gotta use our free membership, get in a bike ride - hopefully if hubby gets some new tires, look up some new recipes, write down some workouts and get in some reading! Totally doable, right? In between BBQ's and everything else?
I cancelled lunch plans today so i could stay on track and eat some of the left overs here at the house . I know, kinda weak, but i was feeling a bit overwhelmed and that lunch date was going to be south, on friday of a long weekend... well, princess here just doesn't want to drive today!
Looking forward to a walk with the pups today, dinner with the hubby - a date's we've been putting off cause of weigh ins on saturdays!
Have an amazing weekend - let's stay on track and not let bbq food throw us off! I intend to keep this weight when weigh in tomorrow!
