Just went for a 30 minute walk. It was pretty slow going because my back hurts, but I did it! My heart rate monitor says I only burned 158 calories though - boo! I have another 80 to burn today, so I'll be doing something else later, not sure what. But I am starting off the week on the right track! YAY!

    I no longer worry about how many calories the trackers say I burn. It just messed with my head too much. I'm glad you walked even though your back hurt. Gentle movement is good for keeping muscles looser and helping you to heal faster. Keep it up, Erin...you have it this time, girl!
