So I've been really discouraged lately about the numbers on the scale. I've gained two pounds even though I am working out and eating pretty well. I work out with my trainer twice a week so I'm getting a heavy workout then and I also go to the gym at least two to three other days as well. I'm training for a 10k in September and so far I'm loving running again. Before I met my husband I used to run 8 miles per day! I'm back up to 1.5 per day so that makes me happy. Yesterday I tried on a shirt that used to be too small for me in the mid section and I was going to get rid of it, but much to my delight, when I put it on it fits great! I may not be seeing any improvement on the scale, but I am seeing an improvement in the fit of my clothes. Makes me want to work out harder so that I can see more results!!!
