I really had a great day--even if those around me only contributed a little of that . I guess they couldn't today.

--or something like that! Older and wiser!


Did not stick to Fuhrman's plan today. Too much meat. But my dayly calories and nutrients were acceptable! And I am not craving things now--evening! that is still a miracle.
