I had a great birthday celebration yesterday with my family and friends. It was a great day and I attribute much of that to the healthy lifestyle I have been working on for the last 4 years at SP. I am still not where I want to be and have those age related challenges at times but am feeling good and enjoying life.

Tomorrow we are off on vacation to the Grand Canyon and should present lots of opportunities for hiking and other fitness challenges. Unfortunately the van has picked this time to present some issues so if we can get those addressed today in some form or fashion it should be a good trip. I will be back to sparking when we get back and am looking forward to a fitness filled July.
