A few things:
I didn't have any coke today, yay me! This was especially hard since I got pizza...boo me! But I'm still within fifteen calories of my limit today, so yay me! Not having coke with pizza is remarkably hard, but I guess that's just another reason to give up crappy foods: they totally taste best with coke, and if I'm not drinking coke, no reason to have the crappy foods.
I found a pretty neat idea on pintrest that I'm stealing. It's where you take two bottles, some of those craft rocks, and making one a "pounds to lose" jar and another "pounds lost" jar. And for every .5lbs I lose, I'll put a little pebble into the other jar. It seems kinda weird, but I really need a visual representation.
I can have a hard time looking at my body and seeing a change, so hopefully this is a little extra motivational :)
