The start of each month is always a great time to set some goals for the month. I try to set some goals each month -- sometimes I make them, sometimes I don't! Whether I do or I don't, it gives me something aim for. When I make them or exceed them, it allows me to aim further the next month.
This month my goals are:
1. Order invitations for my wedding
2. Walk 6000-10,000 steps a day.
3. Start running again -- hoping the heat comes down a little!
4. Successfully defend my thesis!
5. Continue to track my food 6 out of 7 days a week.
Hoping that my exercise and dietary goals will help me lose 5 or more pounds this month -- that is my hope at least!!
