2nd Post- Fourth of July

Hello Everyone!
Happy 4th of July! So to start off, I wanted to say to everyone that commented on my last blog and that have left comments on my page, thank you! I can't tell you how much your words and tips meant to me! It's so great to see how welcoming everyone has been so far and it really makes me feel like this is the right choice for me! I know what your continued support I can do this!

So anyway the past two days have been pretty good eating wise, and I have been exercising some. I've been going to the pool where I live and swimming some, but I still want to start exercising more. I have been thinking about joining this kickboxing class for a while but I haven't had the courage to go to the place yet. Hopefully I can get the nerve up soon because I think it would be fun and very beneficial for me. That's all I really have to say today, I just really wanted to come on and thank everyone!

    Kickboxing is great fun, and you burn tons of calories! And John is right, they are usually very forgiving about the 'choreography'. Good luck and have a happy 4th! emoticon emoticon

    I have found that classes are very forgiving. When I drag my 65year old butt into a class and can't keep up, the instructors are helpful in modifying the program to fit my inabilities.
