I joined a stress group and need to make a stress journal. I would say the majority of my stress comes from the fact that I like to make sure things are done the way I would like them done. I work two jobs as a nurse, and occasionally waitress on the side. I also am planning a wedding. My life is very stressful. I think I am superwoman sometimes and need to realize that I am not a super hero but an average person who needs 8-9 hours of sleep every night and time to myself ocassionally. We'll I am going to try to change my bad habits and my weight problems and make a better person out of myself. Wish me luck!!
