I made gazpacho for supper tonight and it didnīt taste as nice as I thought it would. Nevertheless I ate to bowls of it and now itīs 9pm and I am feeling way hungry. I've had a cup of coffee and a cup of green tea to try to fill myself up, but itīs just not working. I feel like munching down all the stuff I am not supposed to. Iīve got coleslaw in the fridge, but I just donīt feel like any more coleslaw for a while. Maybe I should go for a walk in the poring rain. That might take my mind of food.
Well apart from feeling way hungry now, it has been a nice day.
I did 45 minutes of zumba (I totally loved it. Why havenīt I been using these DVDs for so long?) this morning and then the day 5 bootcamp video and a 15 minute abb workout video. I am so proud of myself. I have done 1― hours of exercise every day this week. Normally I would maybe do 1― hours during an entire week.
This is todayīs menu:
Berry and Spinach smoothie
Lots of water
1 L of Green smoothie (romain, apple, parsley, ginger and water)
1 pork chop
1 cup of coffee with almond milk
1 cup of green tea with almond milk'
small piece of dark chocolate (my first treat all week)
Oh, Iīm giving in. Iīll eat the last pork chop. I might be feeling this hungry because I didn't have any proteins for supper. No more protein free meals for this lady!
