makes a lot of other things go right too!
I was in a rotten mood when I was deviating from a healthy eating schedule. I was packing on pounds which tickd me off even more, worsening my bad mood. I was down on myself even though I was still exercising - deep inside it was just that nagging feeling that I was doing a disservice to myself.
now that I'm back on track, the pounds are coming off (even during TOM) and my outlook is brighter. I'm nibbling some carrots and about to dig into the Chobani greek Blood Orange yogurt... and I feel good!
