Shirataki Seared Salmon.... Shirataki Seared Tofu

Shirataki Seared Salmon

Makes 2 servings
8 oz Extra firm Tofu Drained and Cubed (two 4 oz pieces) Salmon
1 Package Shirataki noodles (if your not into them use ramen noodles with out the season packet)
1 qt water
1 clove garlic, slice
1 red onion, Finely chopped
2 Scallions, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp miso
1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tsp organic no msg bouillon
4 basil leaves
4 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
2 pieces of asparagus, chopped or green peppers
Juice from 1 lime ( organic lime juice works too)
****Salt and pepper to taste ( I use pepper did not need salt for me)

Directions
Season Salmon (tofu) with curry and pepper (generous coating). Heat some olive oil in saute pan, Saute salmon (tofu). Add red onion, scallion and garlic to the pan. Sear (tofu) salmon for 4 minutes (2 each side)

Bring water to a boil. Add asparagus (peppers), tomatoes, bouillon, soy sauce, miso, lime juice and basil. Add Shirataki Noodles (ramen) let simmer for 3 minutes. Place Salmon (tofu) in deep bowls. Add liquid mix into the saute pan and let simmer for additional 2 minutes then pour over salmon and serve.

Super Yummy!!!!
