my weight loss and motivator buddy at work has gone on a practicum taking her away from the centre for 5 weeks and I thought I could use that time to make some big changes and impress her, as she intends to do while out of town for 5 weeks. So watch this space as I intend to drop 10kg in 5 weeks. Aim high and it can happen, i've had times in the past where I've dropped 5.5kg in 2 weeks, and 10kg in 4 weeks so I know this can be done and WILL be done! I'm starting with a walk to the bra shop today, my foot is sore so I can't do too much but I'll put my new arch supports in my shoes and then go for it. (she said wear them an hour a day to start with so that's a good start). So watch this space because it will take me from 136.4kg (300.08lbs) to 126.4 (278.08lbs) and well out of the 130's. and it'll be in time for my wedding anniversary! Sweet. I'm going grocery shopping later too and getting plenty of spinach, some cherry tomatoes, and I'm going to have 2 salads a day because I'm loving salads even though it's winter! lol lunch will be ceaser salads (spinach, egg, ceaser dressing) and dinner will be spinach, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, beetroot, crumbed fish (150cal) and caramelised onion dressing! YUM!
