My IT Guy

Wednesday, July 18, 2012

I saw my IT Guy yesterday, not because I'm having computer problems. I'm working on closing my office and will be working from just my home soon. Seems like the thing to do at my age.

Anyway, I have so much equipment. So called him to come over to have a look and take what he wants. Tom's my age and actually been my IT Guy for as long as I can remember. Well surprise, surprise. Tom has lost 90 lbs. "Wow"! He walked in the door, and that was the first thing out of my mouth. The second thing was "Look at you!"

Tom challenged me to do the same. Tom knew me way back when I was thin and we have grown together through the years, so to speak. So "Tom", I said, "I've already started."..

OK. Now I have Tom the IT Guy there just watching, I can't let him lose all that weight, while I stay the same. I've never walked away from a challenge in my life. I guess this is the biggest one. So Tom, bring it on!

Sandy, This is a wonderful Challenge for You--Go for it! How did he lose the weight by healthy eating and exercise or a great diet plan? Just curious as he's almost lost another person. I bet you hardly recognized him! I'll be rooting for you--You can make your dream of losing weight and getting healthier a reality.

Love,

Jill

Oh my... I'd feel intimidated to lose weight...lol
What do you do at the office, that you'll now do at the 'home' office?

I've been here for years too. Had done fine till my grandson (post transplant/brain injured) came to live with me... I'm back up and can't get my 'ol groove on :-(
