Wow! It's August. 19 days until the first day of school! (Insert happy dance here...). Iowa State Fair next week (yikes!). So much happening this month. But should be a great month!

I got a call from my youngest sister yesterday. She has free tickets to the Funny Bone and was wondering if I wanted to go. It's tomorrow night. So, my plan is to head to Des Moines late afternoon, pick up my wedding ring (had to have a prong fixed - so I've been without it since our anniversary!) and head to my sister's. We'll go to the show, then I'm going to stay the night at her apartment. I was already planning on shopping Friday (gotta take advantage of that tax-free weekend!), so this way I can start earlier. Mike has Friday off anyway, so it's not a big deal. My only dilemma - tomorrow is supposed to be my rest day from Turbo Fire, then I start the Advanced Cardio schedule on Friday. (I watched the newest workout yesterday - whoa!). So, I'm debating going ahead and doing Friday's workout tomorrow and then having Friday be the rest day. Of course, with TOM we'll have to see how I'm feeling in the morning.
