Dogs notice..

Wednesday, August 01, 2012

This was early afternoon last Monday. This tree is located by the farm house. The dogs notice something in the mulberry tree.

Sara is keeping an eye on the raccoon.

Molly was visiting & she notice the raccoon first.

Both dogs enjoyed going for long walks at the farm.

Have a great day!

This was only one raccoon that I took several pictures of. Yes he did come down eventually & made his way to the woods. We made sure to kept the dogs away from him.

emoticon Glad to see that you are Well Protected, those Coons wouldn't dare come out of the Tree with those 2 Ferocious Gaurd Dogs On Duty!!
I do hope that there was nothing Wrong, causing them to be out in the daytime? I know occasionally they do come out in the daytime, although they are Nocturnal Creatures!

Love the pictures. The dogs have just a better sense of smell and hearing!!! I hope that raccoon doesn't give you any trouble since it was out during the day and they are night creatures.

I love the pictures. We don't have raccoons here on the island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador so they have always intrigued me. I've heard that they are quite smart. My dogs would have created such a racket if they had looked up into the trees considering the amount of noise they make over a poor robin!
