I walked the 5k last weekend, and it went well, not too hard. I seem to be pretty tired this week, though. I think I may have picked up a little bug over the weekend. Taking it easy on the workouts, keeping things to a little light cardio, stretching, and just some light strength training from time to time. It feels like my immune system's just a little overloaded. Fortunately there isn't any of the kind of pain that would indicate an injury. Unfortunately it's been a little hard to get as much sleep as I seem to be needing.
