Well I found my way back to Spark..been on summer vacation and doing nothing has been good for me. I've weeded my friendship garden, cleaned closets, read alot, took up painting, made another quilt...i just had ' ME TIME". I learned that sometimes being with self is calming, gives one reflection on goals, dreams, things to do and purging out junk is good too.

The biggest highlight was going to see the President when he was in Cincy. The opportunity to meet others who were just as excited, shared common and opposite positions was good.

My summer ends in 3 weeks -back to my students.( new ones) and seeing the ones that have moved on to higher grades but who made me smile even when I did not see them during summer break. I had a great time overall with my students and I anticipate this upcoming school year will be just as good ...no it's gonna be BETTER!!!
