Hi again so i did alot of walking today not all at once. This morning me and jason walked 3ks we also did a little jogging. We would walk 4mins and jog 1min. We did that 4 times. It tooked us about 20 mins. We tracked it when we got home and it was 3ks in the morning we are going to walk the 3ks only. I think that is a good start to my goals. I also got in my 8 glasses of water. I hope i can keep on track like this all month. I didn't really pick a goal for jogging. Only because i didn't know how far or how hard it was going to be for me to jog. I think i could jog for about 4mins not stopping if i build myself up to it. I will have to wait and see what this month brings. Hope everyone is doing good.
