One more reason I wish I was a man:

Reason: When you go to the store, you can just walk up, pick up your size, and leave. None of this trying on bologna. Women on the other hand have to try EVERYTHING on. Because every brand, size and friggin' color is different. SO ANNOYING!

Most recently I went to buy myself new undies and bras per my 5 lb reward (YAY). I get to the store, and it appears they don't sell my favorite (and ONLY) underwear anymore. Devistation.
So, I start on the hunt. I will NEVER, EVER try on underwear. (If you're one of those people, don't tell me. It freaks me out). Anyway, I find two other similar style, but both separate brands. So, I buy them. (One triple pack, and two singles).
I get home, and the singles are oohhhh so too small. C'MON MAN. I bought the same size as the ones I currently wear that are too big. Ugh.
The triple pack seems to fit okay. I'm wearing them now. I'll let you knwo at the end of the day :)

And as far as the sports bras are concerned. They had "L" and "2XL". The L looked tiny and the 2XL looked HUGE. I wanted 1XL, but...no go. (Sure, there were other styles, but I wanted THIS one). So, I decided on the 2XL two-pack.
Got home: SO SMALL.

C'mon man!
They fit. And they're in there. But, I can't wait to lose a few more so its not such a tight fit.

And, as you all know, this conversation especially applies to the evil-wonder we call jean-shopping.

Just one more reason I wish I was a man!

Oh yeah I hear ya! My hubby does not understand women's sizes at all. I can also say that on more than one occasion I have bought two pairs of pants same size, brand, etc. the only thing that was different was the color and one pair was significantly smaller than the other.
To make things even more interesting there are 12 inches difference between my waist and hips:) I have a great time trying on anything!

That is wild about your undies...same size but too small that is crazy!

So true! I swear, I can try on 20 clothes pieces before I find one that actually fits and looks good.

Know that feeling! I have clothes ranging from size 6 to size 14, and they all fit, but I had to try everything on because of the size problem. And it seems the swankier the label (Ann Taylor, Talbots), the wore the problem. Macys, well that's where my size 14 jeans that fit came from.

Amen! DH took DS shopping. They did all of their shopping, got their hair cut, had lunch AND bought DS a new phone in under three hours. DD and I went to two stores and had lunch...in four hours! Ugh!

And that would be why my clothes are a few years old!
