I'm excited this week because I'm going to be going on a much needed vacation with my family. We're leaving for the beach on Wednesday and won't be coming back until Sunday. I'm very excited but knowing at the same time that I'm not going to be able to do perfect this week. The hotel we're staying at has not only it's own place to eat, but also a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, and bar. The bar alone is going to be hard for me because the idea of laying on the beach with a nice mixed drink in my hand sounds so appealing! So I'm prepared to lose track a little, but I'm also prepared for the hard work I'm going to have to do when I get back.
The way I figure it, going to the beach isn't something my family and I do very often. In fact this is our first trip there as a family in years. So you gotta enjoy the small things once in a while, emphasis on once in a while though. So for the next two days I'm going to stay within range and not allow myself to go crazy at the beach.
I doubt I will be tracking anything while I'm on vacation so I guess when I weigh myself in next Monday I will see how I did.
