If I looked back at this years blogs I would bet most of them say "well I haven't checked-in in a while", and I'm saying it again. I'm here and still frustrated. No I'm not gaining weight but not losing either and it's been soooo long. I have not done well with nutritionist advice but partly cause I let other circumstances get in my way. I'm not going into detail because I do not want to blame anything, I just want to own it myself.
I talked with a friend who happens to be a soldier tonight about my plateau. She said she was confused also because of my increased exercise. She's a black belt in my taekwondo class so she has seen first hand my changes.
Well I am heading to TX then FL then back to TX before returning to Korea. I leave in 6 weeks. In that 6 weeks I am going to push through the heat to increase my activities and now that my before mentioned 'circumstance' has changed, my diet will also straighten out, at least back to what it was before. Then I'll have to step it up to the nutritionist plan.
My plan....increase water fro 64 oz to 100 oz minimum, weekly bike rides, at least 2 walks/week, taekwondo 3x/week, elliptical daily, weights, swimming, and get my diet to the nutritionist recommended plan. If I do this, and still don't lose the weight, I might have to schedule lipo so I can just start over....(not really)
On a positive note, I took a pic of myself (vane) but adding it here because I have turned into my own inspiration! I've been considering pulling an old pic of myself but I'm not that young anymore. Well I've been hanging out at the pool and someone took a pic of me in my bikini (got the i don't care what others think anymore, I need a tan, attitude) and I liked it. Of course I was laying down, not standing, things are much different once I sit up. So I took a pic of myself laying down on my back and holy cow! I loved it! I'll post in my pics because, after all, it is my new inspiration. :)
