Ok. Putting this out to the universe so I can let go of it! A long time ago a powerful person in my life told me it was impossible for anyone to love me. A good therapist helped me see that comment was really more a out that person 's self-image than it was about me but I've continued to act as if it were true. As of today I am setting myself free. I hereby promise to set aside my walls and explore life on the "outside."
