same old same old...

You know how, after time, screens can actually get burned by the electronic images they display... my computer screen has a mark where the tool bar is to the left of the screen. Well, I think the same thing is happening with my scales. They have displayed the exact same weight since I got it that it would make sense that that digital marker has been imprinted on the display screen. You guessed it another week, not another pound, even ounce lost.
It's answer I seek now. Just simple, like I am a third grader, explanations of what is happening with my body. My mind, total frustration and disappointment. But I am doing this got get healthy and fit! I want to be able to run if I need to and fight if I need to, and what spurred this ... bounce down the stairs more gracefully without broken bones I it were to happen again.
I have only had breakfast today so I suppose I should go find something simple and easy to eat for now dinner, sorry lunch you didn't make the cut today. (I don't normally eat like this, but today is a total day off from rules, except my food choices have to be healthy, even if I missed a meal).

    ood morning, doll! Well, I couldn't sleep worth a darn last night; tossed and turned for hours. And then I got a full-blown case of the munchies and ate a few Atkins Bars - Double Chocolate Caramel ones. They were AWESOME, but I went over on my calories by 700!! Yes, I did say 700!! I guess my body was trying to recuperate from Saturday's huge water intake and all that expended energy. But I really hate it when I can't go to sleep, so I did some stretching and stuff and that seemed to help. Regardless, I fell asleep at sometime before 2am. And I woke promptly at 8am. Guess this schedule thing is here to stay for a bit.

If your scale has burned and image, then it's definitely time to splurge on a new one! I think mine just plots and schemes behind my back. I can hear it talking about me right now!
