I think if you're feeling good and making the progress you'd like, you should do what works best for you. But if you're not, maybe it's time to start making changes in your training plan.

I have lost 50 pounds since December. I lift upper body Mon, Wed, Fri, and Lower body Tue Thu and Sat, I do at least 30 min of aerobic activity 5 days a week. I am often tired but usually feel great at the end of my workout. I remember reading that professional body builders may workout twice a day to prepare for a competition. Do I need to take Wed off as well as Sunday? That would upset my workout plan as I need an even number of days to balance my upper body and lower body lifts. What do you think?
