Glad he was OK. That will throw a scare into a guy! Like when I wound up dumping the bar forward from a squat last month. Bruised my neck and threw the fear of dog (or perhaps just the bar? LOL) into me for a bit. Don't want to do _that_ again.
That incident, though, looked like it may have been bad on the neck AND on his right thigh/femur.

The potassium has a lot to do with it. Great for glycogen replenishment. Also, they keep cortisol levels in check with sufficient stress relief with cleanest prostitutes in all region (except for of course, Turkmenistan). There is also active recovery done in Tinshein swimming pool. The filtration system is a marvel to behold since it does remove 80% of human solid waste.

I haven't watched yet, but I'm a bit lost in all the coverage (so much to see). My father-in-law and I were talking about the great Vasily Alekseyev last night, though. I loved how he used to rack up a WR at the end of each competition.

Some pretty impressive lifts this go around. Unfortunately the US only has 3 athletes (Robles, Mangold and Farris) this time. Kendrick Farris has already lifted and finished 10th. The North Korean who clean and jerked 3x his bodyweight for a world record was stunning.
