I just made the most amazing Lemonade... 1 lemon, roll the lemon on counter pressing with palm of hand to loosen juice buds, peel zest w/vegetable peeler into 1 qt pitcher. Juice the lemon, extracting seeds, turn flesh inside out, drop into pitcher. 1/4 c loose Stevia extract IN THE RAW from the makers of Sugar IN THE RAW. Resembles Splenda. Add 1 qt water, sparkling if you like, and stir. I also added a couple Tbsp. Torani S.F. Raspberry syrup. Poured the mixture over a chopped up Raspberry frozen fruit bar in a tall glass, added ice and so delish! let the pieces of lemon zest fall into the glass, just great!

I love sparkling water with a slash of light cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime over ice. i use this as my evening cocktail with my husband. I also love the "True Orange, True lemon and True Lime" packets sprinkled in my water - makes getting in all my water a breeze - and i can keep a couple packets in my purse for when i am out.

Both of mine are green colored! Cold green tea brewed with fresh mint from the yard and some splenda or honey (I use local honey). Green Smoothies: a green (romaine, spinach, kale...) a bunch of it and a banana, apple, berries whatever. The sweetness of the fruit is usually enough for me but you can sweeten it a little if you need to. You could actually blend all five servings into a big glass!

Water is #1 on my list. And no ice. For some reason, I don't like ice in my drinks...I like blended ice drinks, but I don't like having actual ice cubes in my drink. My husband and I get our fruit servings by drinking homemade fruit smoothies every morning with our breakfast. There are always bananas in them but other fruits vary depending on what fruit is on sale. We each get 3-4 servings through the morning smoothies. An extra treat for a cold summer time drink that I make is a frozen peppermint mocha. It is pretty low calorie. I brew 1 cup of semi strong coffee, I put 1 tray of ice cubes into a blender, pour 1/2 packet of hot cocoa mix, 2 drops of peppermint extract, and then about 1 cup of hot coffee. It isn't really "frozen" the ice all melts and it just turns into a really cold coffee drink, but it's pretty good. If you let the coffee cool down before using it, or add more ice to the blender, you can have more of a frozen drink rather than just a cold drink.

HI! Water is my #1..I like it best in an attractive container...glass, travel cup, etc. I love iced tea and coffe...as well at the hot stuff, too, for a change. A glass of H20 with juice or just a few drops flavored Stevia is a good variation. Smoothies are sweet relief, too. I have found Chrystal Light and some others make me more thirsty. That makes me lean towards the more natural stuff! Blessings! Keep Cool!
