emoticon to the team! I am one of the co-leaders. Sorry I haven't been checking in but health issues has limited my ability to HIIT. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Hi, I am new to HIIT... I am excited about starting this program... I think that some of my cardio routines are HIIT, like Gin Miller Intense Step, she does 2 minutes steady state set-up for a 1 minute anerobic, this repeats 10X's, would this be considered HIIT?

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you guys... dee

GLITTYSTAR,

Welcome to the team. I am pretty much a newbie myself to HIIT. I started last week! I do the HIIT on the elliptical and it has been quite the challenge. It feels like I am making some progress, but I am going to continue with my routine for a few more weeks, then I am going to change it a little bit. So, much success to you as you continue to with HIIT.

Stevie

Hello,
I did a lot of reading on HIIT last night and decided today would be my first day doing it. I wasn't realizing it, but I was sort of doing a baby version already, but today I kicked it up a notch and it was difficult. I still did what you all probably consider a baby version, but I'm glad to be getting started!
