Been exercising a few years and now want to challenge myself more.. I have the muscles and I like the lean ripped look lol..
Just trying to refine my workouts a little and cut down on waste time..
There is stuff to do outside the gym- so when I am in there or race walking I want to hiit it hard and continue to get results...
