Hello all - I just finished a primal challenge (I have been primal for over a year on and off unfortunately. but have been back on track since the beginning of October) I prefer a LCHF Primal diet but found that my exercise needs some tuning up. I had heard of HIIT and I guess I have been doing it as my elliptical workouts are pretty much the same as I read here.
I look forward to reading more about the Tabata and I also wonder has anyone ever used the TRX (a suspension system) as an HIIT workout? It seems to fit the definition pretty well.
