it's good stuff. but to stick with it you have to put in the same amount of smiles and energy that you did on day one. focus on getting better and better with your steps and movements and you'll do great!

Hi everyone, I'm Joshall! Today is my first day of doing Zumba. I'm also doing the 30 day Shred and I'm on day 10 of that. I decided at add in Zumba 3 days a week. I have heard a lot of buzz about it and had to find out what it was about.
