I did a 100 day streak back in the summer of 2009. It really set in the habit of exercise and helped me lose a big chunk of weight. Now I am doing it again. I need to re-lose some weight (45 lbs) to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I think another streak would get me started.

Day 23 - which means I am almost one quarter of the way. During the last 23 days I have lost 12 lbs (almost unheard of to me previously) Probably I will now settle into my 1-2 lbs a week. Still by day 100, I expect to see a minimum of 30 lbs in the rearview mirror!

Day 6! Today I decided to get my bike and bike trailer out so I could take my 5 yr old son with me...he is heavy! And that was the toughest workout I have had in a while. He is 45lbs but up slight hills felt much heavier, lol.
