I found this great "mini-workout" on Pinterest that I did today! You do it while you're watching tv, and it has little exercises to do based on what commercials come on. I like it because I watch so much tv and now I can feel a little less bad about it, plus it switches up the exercises so I don't get bored. I did some squats, lunges, crunches and leg raises. Just have to find a way to get in some cardio, but, with all this walking across campus, I don't think that'll be a problem!
