I'm totally obsessed with Skyrim. The Dawnguard DLC is coming out at the end of this month for XBOX 360 and a little later for PS3 and PC. I can't wait!!!!!!emoticon

Ugh!!! Skyrim is amazing. I thought oblivion was way way to much going on. But skyrim is the cream of the crop. Totally amazing. I'm a lvling 21 dark elf playing with a bow/stealthy character. In the dark brotherhood and theifs guild. I griffin am obsessed. After trying 2 different maye characters. One destruction magic. The other a mix of conjuration and a bunch of other stuff.

I didn't get very far in Skyrim but it was the most beautiful game I've played in a while. The story was amazing from what I seen.

I bought it when it came out, paid full price and was totally happy with it for some time...

....and then SWTOR came out.

We are wanting to buy Skyrim (well I am) ... and we have a lot of friends playing SWTOR--we just can't afford it right now. We have 3 active EQ accounts so ... where we are is where we stay right now. Soon I hope though.

I will hit you guys up though when we are ready to play!

I love being an archer. That's why wood elves are one of my favorites. If I can kill a bad guy from further away, all the better. I believe (but could be wrong) that the Kajiits (spelling??) tend to make good thieves. I think they get some perks that help with that.

And as to the sucking at being archer, it gets better the more you use it and improve the skill! Lol.

Now all of this of course is based on how things were in Morrowind. I could be wrong in regard to Skyrim but I don't THINK they changed any of the stuff I mentioned.

Haha my husband is totally addicted to SWTOR. I know what you mean - so many good games! Post xmas gaming makes me feel like I've got a major case of ADD. I want to play with all of my cool toys. :)

Yup, that's what I meant. My main character is a high elf and I'm not very fond of her. I'll probably play a cat person next who's only an archer even though I suck at it!

I was so addicted to Skyrim until I started playing SWTOR. I'm trying to catch up to my guildies and then I'll have more time for Skyrim again. Or maybe not. Twisted Metal comes out soon. I'll probably become obsessed with that for awhile.

I believe I'm Argonian. When I played Morrowind the Argonians and the Wood Elves were my favorites so I tend to go for one of those characters. How about you?

I haven't played it enough to be obsessed but I want to be. I have it on PC. My mouse couldn't handle it though so I had to buy a new one. I got the new one but I've been too busy between work and school to play it. I'm still at the beginning following the guy through some buildings.

I wonder if I'll get obsessed though. I didn't really get into Oblivion. Morrowind though is a different story.....I spent so many hours doing nothing in that game...lol

Anyone else here have a Skyrim obsession? The game is amazing. I've decided now that I'm back on the wagon, my reward for going to Kung Fu or doing my Couch 2 5K program is time playing Skyrim.
