Plateaus can be a great thing!
Are you frustrated because you're in a plateau? Don't be. Think about it: you're at a plateau at a new, improved weight. Your body is resetting its norm. If you want to break the plateau, this is the time to reevaluate your program. Consider strictly tracking your food and looking for patterns. How can you improve your nutrition? Try some new and different exercises to shake things up. Drink more water. Then, relax and give yourself some credit for all you've accomplished so far.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma -- which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And, most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

Whether you feel like it or not, change into your exercise clothes and shoes. Do you feel like working out now? Yes? Then you're dressed and ready to go. No? Then keep the exercise clothes on and walk around in them for a while. Since you went to the trouble of getting dressed, odds are you'll fit in some time, even if it's just for a few minutes.
