For me, I've found my posture whether sitting or standing effects my attitude. When sitting at the computer, I tend to slump. Pulling my shoulders up and back, helps me to feel more confident. As well as when I'm standing, the straighter I stand, the more positive and confident my out look & attitude are. Give it a try. Trying is free.

Instead of totally depriving yourself, occasionally I give into those cravings and all myself no more than 3 bites. I find by using this theory my cravings are not as frequent and I don't go way overboard.

I found that by lessening the stress in my life allowed the life style changes to slip in and fill the space previously occupied by the stress. Since sending stress packing I've shed 47lbs.

To decrease drying time and fluff clothes use tennis balls from the Dollar Store.
