I do this driving to work: hold steering wheel at 10 and 2 o'clock, take a deep breath, then on the exhale, grip the wheel, tense upper body, and flex you butt and legs count to 3 release and breath in deeply, pause-relax, normal breaths. Repeat 10 x, rest and do 10 more.

I have many cake decorator tips and sometimes even 2 or 3 of the SAME tip because I use them that often! It is VERY HARD TO SEE the numbers imprinted on each tip so,when I get a new tip I label it with my labelmaker from Brother. It saves time when trying to locate a tip and it can make it through the dishwasher in a special bag for tips [although I hand wash them ,too! I use the dishwasher to sterilize it even more!]. If the label does fade, I use a permanent marker to relabel it.

Don't think you are losing too slowly - it doesn't matter how slow you lose - its taken me 8 1/2 yrs to lose 60kg (132lb) but I have lost it - every pound has added up to a huge total loss!!
