When I go to bed at night I think about what I will do for exercise the next day. I visualize myself doing the zumba class or exercise dvd. I also find if I plan my meals and take all my food to work I do not feel deprived or like I will be hungry and I have all the best choices with me.
I make sure my fridge is stocked with healthy foods so all I have to do it put it in my lunch bag and off I go. I try to make it simple. A can of tuna, a container of cottage cheese, foods I enjoy and know I will eat.
